Alkali resistant fiberglass chopped strand is specially designed for GRC(glassfiber reinfoced concrete) with good dispersion in premixing processes(day powder mixture or wet mixture) for subsequent molding into a GRC component. 16.5% zironia content makes these fibers the highest zirconia content available on the market. Zirconia is what makes the glass fiber alkali resistant. the higher the zirconia content the better the resistance to alkali attack. these AR fiberglass chopped strands also have excellent acid resistance.

Packing
AR fiberglass chopped strands are packaged in kraft bags or woven bags, about 25kgs per bag, 5 bags per layer, 8 layers per pallet and 40 bags per pallet, pallet are packed by multilayer shrink film, also can package as customer's requirement.
Product Storage and Transportation
Unless otherwise specified, the Fiberglass Chopped Strand products should be stored in a dry, cool and moisture proof area. Best used within 12 months after production date. Fiberglass Chopped Strand should remain in their original packaging until just prior to use. The Fiberglass Chopped Strand products are suitable for delivery by the way of ship, train, or truck.
