Usage and dosage
1. PU Release Agent is diluted with tap water or deionized water to an appropriate concentration before use. The specific dilution factor depends on the material to be demolded and the requirements on the surface of the product.
2. PU Release Agent is a water-based system, do not add other additives to the PU release agent.
3. After the product is diluted, it is sprayed or painted on the mold surface evenly at the normal
processing temperature on the pre-treated or cleaned mold (it can be sprayed or painted multiple
times until the release agent is uniform) to ensure the release effect and finished product The
surface is smooth, and then raw materials can be poured into the mold.
