Cobalt isooctanoate is a kind of catalyst with strong oxygen transporting ability to promote the drying of coating film, and its catalytic drying performance is stronger among similar catalysts. Compared with cobalt naphthenate with the same content, it has reduced viscosity, good fluidity and light color, and it is suitable for white or light-colored paints and light-colored unsaturated polyester resins.
